Join our 1-hour Tricks Clinic pole dance class, where you’ll work on conquering your personal "nemesis" or achieving those dream moves! Each session is packed with technique-focused training, including safe dismounts, added flexibility and complex move combinations. You’ll learn impressive moves like the Brass Monkey, Ayesha, Handsprings and 2-point contact tricks—just to name a few. You'll also dive into 2+ spin combinations, spinning pole transitions, trick combos and even routine design to elevate your skills. If you’re unsure where to start, our instructor will happily suggest tricks to match your goals. You’ll wrap up with a targeted stretch session to support your progress on moves like front splits, pancakes or backbends

THESE CLASSES ARE ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THEIR INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED INSTRUCTOR TO LEVEL UP OR FOR ADVANCED STUDENTS FROM OTHER POLE SCHOOLS
New or outside students must be able to aerial invert, shoulder mount and are comfortable with different types of grips

We have 6x poles at our studio and two of them are over 3 metres high!! Static and spinning options available, 40mm and 45mm pole grip diameters suitable for different hand sizes. Use of safety mats and other training equipment
