AGE RESTRICTIONS

Participants must be 16 years or older to attend group classes. We can teach children in private lessons only, with parental consent.

CLASS PREFERENCES

CLASS STRUCTURE & EQUIPMENT

  • We have six poles available in our studio.

  • If you would like a pole to yourself after sharing for a few sessions, please speak to your instructor.

CLASS SIZES

  • Class sizes range from 2 to 12 students.
  • If you experience anxiety or confidence concerns, we recommend private lessons for a more tailored experience.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • Full details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to amend or cancel a booking.
  • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons with a doctor’s note) will be considered.
  • If a customer cancels 24+ hours in advance, they may receive a refund or credit on their account.
  • If Pole Twisters Ltd cancels or reschedules a class and the customer cannot attend the new session, the class credit will be reapplied to their account or a refund may be issued upon request.

DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY WAIVER

  • All participants must agree to our risk disclaimer before booking.
  • Pole fitness may not be suitable for individuals with heart conditions, back, neck, or joint problems, epilepsy, vertigo, or any other medical condition that may be aggravated by exercise. If unsure, consult your GP before participating.
