This 90 minute workshop will consist of playing with poses and transitions on the silks, and some nice ways to transitions

WHO CAN ATTEND - any level welcome. Outside students from other schools most welcome

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING -

Regular gym / pole wear clothing or vest top/t-shirt, shorts or leggings

Bring your own water bottle 

WORKSHOP PRICE -  £25 pp for 90 minutes, discount for members and instructors
