January is a great one to start, continue or get back into pole fitness. We have lots of beginner classes starting at the moment so plenty of opportunities to learn a new skill. A new beginner class started last Monday at 7pm with Carla. There is still time to join this group, if you would like to join for the remaining 5 classes for £50 please get in contact and we will send you a money request. Or book online and pay £60 and we will offer you the £10 credit to use at another class or your next course.
Last Thursday we also had a Stage 3 pole 6x week course start. Soon we will have a Stage 4 course start so if you are interested in this or any other Stages, please get in contact and we will keep you up to date with all our future course start dates.
Last Wednesday we had a great turn out for a mixed ability class. These are great classes to learn new moves and consolidate the moves learnt during stage courses. It's a really fun space to learn a lot in. If you would like to join us the class is £8 and is now at the earlier time of 7.30pm.
Welcome back Carla! Carla hasn't been teaching for quite some time and has been concentrating on the office side but has now decided she misses it and the fellow students so much that shes back teaching again, yippeeeee! Get booking your course or private with one of our most trained and experienced teachers, Carla now.
Another great way to improve your skills are private lessons. Private lessons are great if your schedule doesn't fit around our schedule, everyone is so busy it can be difficult to get to set time classes. Private lessons are a great way to get your pole fix - even when working shifts. If you have a particular move or transition that you want to really want to crack having a instructor focus on just you can be really helpful. It's a great way to really push through grades. We know many of you are working on routines. This can be a great way to get creative with your pole. Also to prepare for performance and competition. A private lesson is a great time to get some feedback from an instructor in a one on one environment, also for tips and help to create a routine from scratch. Having a pole at home can be great fun but also a little daunting as to how to best compliment lessons at the studio. A private lesson is a the perfect place to learn and ask questions about warm-ups, conditioning exercises and other useful tips to ensure safe home training. If these private lessons sound interesting to you please get in touch with any questions and to book.
NEW TEACHERS - we are always on the look out for more pole instructors so if you are fun, bubbly and can work evenings get in touch. Some daytime bookings and weekend parties available. Pick and choose when you can work, great rates of pay, email info@poletwisters.co.uk
