Our mixed ability classes have been busy. They are a great place to learn more moves and improve on what you have already learnt. Plus it’s a great way to go to class with friends who are at a different level.£8 pp per hour, find out when our next class is and book here.

There are also pole jam sessions taking place which are a great way to practice what you’ve learnt in other classes or if you want to create and practice your own routines. At just £4 per hour, find out when our next class is and book here.

For both of these don’t forget to book in in advance to make sure we know how many people are coming to ensure there are enough poles for everyone and can make sure the class or jam sessions run.

We also have a selection of courses starting shortly. If you are waiting for a particular stage to start please let us know so we can make one happen or let you know when one starts.

We have new taster and beginner 6 week courses starting soon with a choice of dates available. This is a great place to try pole out for the first time. If you have been thinking of trying pole this is the time to start, it’s a great way to get fit, healthy and strong. The classes are a friendly safe space where our qualified and experienced instructors guide you through the basics and foundations of pole, which all the other levels are based on. A taster is £10 pp for the hour and a 6 week course is £60 pp for the whole course. You can check out dates and book on to a taster hereand for a course here.

We also have a new stage 3 pole 6 week course starting soon on Wednesdays. We still have some spaces left so get in contact with us to reserve your space. It’s a great course if you’ve been waiting for a while for a stage 3 course to start or if you want to consolidate and redo your stage 3 if it has been a while since you last did the course.
