Online Heels Flow Classes

• Do you hate being stuck in rush hour traffic?
• Maybe you live too far from your local dance school

Wherever you are in the world, if you have Internet connection or WiFi, you can join in one of our classes in the comfort of your own home

You will require your own pole at home

You will participate in the warm-up, class and cool down.  You will be able to hear the instructor and the class however the instructor will not be able to interact with you.  This is purely a watch and learn only

Each weekly 1 hour lesson is a fun team building class where you will all decide on a selection of pole dance spins, linking moves, gyrations, floor work and possibly chair work to build up a showstopping pole dance routine, including your BEST pair of heels!

We recommend you have a pair of knee pads & heels with an ankle strap if you don’t own pole shoes

Every week will be a brand new song and routine so don't feel pressured to catch up
