Our mixed ability pole classes welcome everyone, from complete beginners to advanced dancers. Led by experienced instructors, each session is designed to accommodate all levels, offering personalized guidance whether you’re mastering basics or refining advanced techniques

CLASS OPTIONS:

  1. Beginners / Improvers: Perfect for those new to pole or with basic experience. Learn foundational moves like spins, transitions, and floorwork, progressing to moves like the crucifix, Gemini, Scorpio, and climbs
  2. Intermediate / Advanced: Ideal for those ready to build on strong skills in inverts and leg hangs. Tackle complex moves, from twisted grip and hip holds to air walks and stargazers, and elevate your pole practice to new heights
  3. Mixed Ability (all levels): suitable for any of the above

Static & spinning poles available, 40mm & 45mm pole grip/thickness for all hand sizes. Use of safety mats and 6x poles (2x are over 3 metres high!), plus use of other training equipment


CLASS PRICES

  • £14 per person for 1 hour class
  • £11 per person for classes before 4pm except weekends
