Join our weekly Heels and Flow class for a fun and dynamic experience! In each 1-hour session, your instructor will guide you through a pre-planned routine featuring pole dance spins, linking moves, gyrations, floor work, and even chair work. Don't forget to wear your best pair of heels! However, if you prefer to practice the routine or flow without heels or don't feel confident in them, you are welcome to attend without them
We recommend bringing knee pads and heels with an ankle strap if you don't have pole shoes
Every week features a new song and routine, so there's no pressure to catch up
✔ You don't need to have completed any of our courses or classes to attend
✔ You can attend even if you are from another pole school
✔ Our friendly instructor will adapt any difficult moves and offer strength and flexibility exercises in the run-up to learning a more challenging move
✔ All levels welcome from complete beginners through to advanced level
✔ 6x poles at different heights (two are over 3 metres high!) with static and spinning options and 40mm or 45mm pole grip/thickness for all hand sizes
✔ Use of safety mats and lots of other training equipment
