This class is a mixture of Twerk moves and Dance Hall

Twerk involves thrusting hip movements and a low squat stance

Dance Hall is a high energy street dance class based on a style that originated in Jamaica. Think Rihanna!

If you want to sweat and have fun, then this class is for you!

Please bring – own water bottle & towel

Please wear - warm, non-restrictive clothes & socks. Leggings/jogger type clothes

COST – £5 per person for 1 hour class at our dance studio, directions found here
