Pole Course Terms and Conditions

ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION
Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the course. Registration is confirmed upon payment of the course fee and completion of any required forms

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any course cancellations or changes. If notified before this window, you are eligible for a refund minus a 3% transaction fee, or we can add the full amount as credit to your account for use toward future bookings at our studio.

If you request to cancel within 48 hours of the course start, we may offer a full refund in certain exceptional circumstances, such as illness (with a doctor’s note), hospitalization, or an accident/emergency (with proof). Failure to provide sufficient notice or proof will result in forfeiture of the course fee. This policy helps ensure that the course and other participants are not negatively impacted

ATTENDANCE
Regular attendance is encouraged for optimal progress. Any missed classes are forfeited, and no credit or rescheduling is offered. To make up for missed instruction, we recommend booking an extra class or private lesson. Alternatively, if you have a pole at home, you can join via Video Call during your scheduled class time. Just let your instructor know in advance via your WhatsApp course group to arrange this.

INSTRUCTOR DISCRETION
Instructors or studio staff reserve the right to dismiss any participant who does not comply with the terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behavior

COURSE TRANSFERS
Transfers are subject to a £25 administration fee. If a participant is unable to complete the course, a transfer to a future course can be arranged. The request must be made via email 48 hours prior to any lesson; otherwise, changes cannot be accommodated. If the new course fee differs, alternative payment will be required.

PARTICIPANTS
Courses may be postponed until sufficient bookings (minimum of 3 participants) are met. You will be notified via email if the course is postponed or rescheduled. Should postponements persist due to insufficient bookings, alternative arrangements or a credit note may be offered

COURSE POSTPONEMENTS
You will be notified via email and text message on the day of your booking around 2:30pm on the scheduled start date if your course is postponed due to lack of bookings. If the course is pushed back, it will continue to be postponed weekly until the minimum number of participants is reached. If there is an earlier course with available space, you may transfer without an additional fee

NAME & DETAIL CHANGES
A £10 administration fee applies to name or detail changes, such as replacing a participant with another attendee

COURSE STRUCTURES
Course structures are provided via Google Drive, applicable to 6-week courses. These materials are copyrighted and not to be shared for personal or business use. The names of our moves are also copyrighted

CONSENT FOR CONTACT
By enrolling in the course, participants agree to receive communication from Pole Twisters about the course, promotions, or other relevant information. Upon enrollment, participants will be added to a WhatsApp group with fellow students, the instructor, and admins. This group facilitates course-related discussions, photo sharing, and announcements. If you prefer not to be included, you may leave the group at any time

LATE ENROLLMENT
If you enroll after the course has started and wish to catch up on missed lessons, you can book a private lesson at a discounted rate of £25 per hour for up to two participants

GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wales, United Kingdom.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling in the pole dancing course, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
