Midday Drop-in Mixed Ability Pole Classes Suitable for any level

✔ You can attend even if you are from another pole school
✔ Our friendly instructor will adapt any difficult moves and offer strength and flexibility exercises in the run-up to learning a more challenging move
✔ Open to anybody complete beginners up to advanced levels
✔ 6x poles at different heights (two are over 3 metres high!) with static and spinning options and 40mm or 45mm pole grip/thickness for all hand sizes
✔ Use of safety mats and lots of other training equipment
