Suitable for all genders, levels, ages, and abilities—no need to attend pole dancing classes to join. This session includes a thorough warm-up and stretching routine designed to enhance your range of motion, whether you're on or off the pole
Please bring – comfortable non-restrictive clothes, own water bottle and yoga mat. We do have yoga mats to borrow if you forget
