POLE & LAP DANCE WORKSHOP

Nothing but sexy sensual gyrations to make you a pole goddess or to give your partner at home a treat

This 90 minute workshop will consist of body rolls, floor work, chair work, using the walls, basic gyrating, basic spins and linking moves

All levels welcome as all moves will be adapted to suit, beginners welcome.
