PSFC Saturday Class

An All-in-One Class including Pole Dance & Fitness, Strengthening, Conditioning, Flexibility & Splits Training

 

Become Strong & Bendy!

 

These classes are suitable for all students with basic beginners pole dance experience right up to advanced

 

This weekly 2 hour class will start with a warm-up followed by pole fitness where you will learn moves, combinations and tricks based on your ability, plus adding in pole conditioning for the first hour, the second hour our instructor will offer strengthening exercises, flexibility and splits training.

 

You can attend even if you are from another pole school
Suitable for any gender, level, age or ability
Our friendly instructor will adapt any difficult moves and offer alternatives
6x poles at different heights (two are over 3 metres high!) with static and spinning options and 40mm or 45mm pole grip/thickness for all hand sizes
Use of safety mats and lots of other training equipment
Not ideal for complete beginners unless you want a challenge, if you have good strength from other exercise / aerial classes, or think you are a quick learner/strong

 

Please bring – own water bottle, towel and yoga mat. We do have some yoga mats if you forget to bring your own or don't have one

 

Please wear - comfortable non-restrictive clothes

COSTS

 

  • 2 hour class at our dance studio = £23 per person
