This 90 minute workshop will consist of learning how to change smoothly from one spin, move or trick into another. We will work on moves that you currently know and also some new ones. The aim is to increase your stamina and strength through adjustments of body and limb
Examples of moves that will be included – climbs, arrow climb, shoulder mount climb, fireman climb, Geminis, Scorpios, Jade split, tucks & more
WHEN - weekends
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING - Shorts/hot pants & vest top, barefoot or grip slipper socks for winter months, water bottle, grips & own towel
