Pole Strengthening
This class is a great building workout! one hour of physical fitness, great improver to build up your strength for your next pole stages, or for other sports activities. Includes – Pole work including holding a hanging grip, climbing, pull-ups & leg work.
Other activities will include skipping, gym ball, boxing gloves, planking, press ups, sit ups, squats, general pulse raiser moves & more.
CLASSES HELD at Cardiff Dance Studios only, every Thursday at 7-8pm
