Each weekly class will include:
15 minute warm-up 
45 minutes mixed ability pole fitness moves on static and spinning poles
15 minutes balance (head/handstands) & floor-work
15 minutes of flexibility & stretching and cool-down

Suitable for any age, gender and ability. Must have some basic pole dance experience or have completed a beginners course with us to attend.

WHEN - 
Thursdays @ 6:30-8pm (90 minute group class)

COST -
