At this one off Valentines Workshop please bring along something with red, pink or black to wear or optional sexy outfits & heels

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING - Shorts/hot pants & vest top and heels, water bottle & own towel.  Only use pole dance resin style grips or purchase our own grip here  and the instructor will give this to you on arrival.  Knee pads recommended.  If you don't have pole shoes, a heel with an ankle strap is fine
