Pole Jam

A fun get-together with other students to practice & play!

Our studio boasts 6x poles, two being over 3 metres high! (static & spinning available, 40mm & 45mm hand grip thickness), crash mats and other equipment/facilities

Watch and learn from the other students and pick up new moves/combinations

You don’t have to be a member or student of Pole Twisters to attend

Please note: Our instructors will not be teaching or demonstrating any moves during this session. However, you're welcome to participate in their warm-up and cool-down routines. The jam session is at your own risk, and pole dance experience is required—this session is not suitable for complete beginners

Pole jams run at the same time that another class is running at the other end of the studio.  Class members receive priority over poles (due to paying a higher rate for their lesson) so you may be required to share a pole with another jammer if we are busy, however most of the time you should have a pole to yourself

COST – £5 per hour

AVAILABILITY - if you can't see the date of your choice, please enquire as we may be able to squeeze you in on a pole if we have a course running.  Or alternatively book out the studio to yourself for £15  here

LGBTQIA + Friendly Venue so our studio may be shared with mixed genders.  If you specifically need a women only environment we recommend you hire out the studio completely to yourself
