Dance Hall is a high energy street dance class based on a style that originated in Jamaica

If you want to sweat and have fun, then this class is for you!

This 90 minute workshop will include the warm up, learning Dance Hall moves, twerking tricks, linking them together & making a fun dance routine.  Followed by the cool down with our professional Dance Hall teacher

Beginners welcome as moves will be adapted. Higher levels will be given more advanced moves
