Founded in 2007 by sisters Carla & Lisa, Pole Twisters began with a dream: to bring pole dance and fitness to Cardiff at a time when no studios existed in Wales. What started with two sisters and a passion for dance has since grown into a thriving, inclusive space where people of all backgrounds can build strength, confidence, and friendships

We offer a variety of dance styles, including pole fitness, exotic dance, burlesque, and private lessons, along with workshops, parties, and studio hire. Whether you're here to get fit, feel empowered, make friends, or try something new, our welcoming, no-judgment environment ensures you’ll feel at home from day one.
